Your progress and rewards

Open your account to find My Progress, My Collection and the Reward Store.

• Complete learning activities to earn XP. Lifetime XP determines your level; available XP can be spent. Recognition from a coach adds XP, but does not complete lessons or mastery achievements.
• In My Collection, choose a category and preview any item. A preview does not change your account. Each card explains how to earn it. Earned milestone items are free.
• Equip owned items to change your appearance. Themes and dashboard backgrounds can be used together. Layouts keep your courses accessible. You can hide a companion and choose reduced motion in your settings.
• Choose earned badges for your three-badge strip or six-badge shelf. Ask a coach to approve a project link for your showcase.
• Set an optional reward goal. Mine → Next → Later shows what you own and what you could work toward.
• The Reward Store spends available XP. Digital items arrive immediately. Other rewards reserve XP until staff deliver them; a cancelled order returns the reservation. An out-of-stock reward cannot be ordered.

Your collection follows your account across devices. Sign out when using a shared computer. An item hidden by classroom policy stays owned and reappears when allowed. Seasonal ownership also lasts beyond the event. Accessibility settings never need to be earned.

If completed work or XP is missing, show your coach the lesson or project. Staff can review the record and make a documented correction. See the reward terms for delivery rules.
