How to ask​

A parent or guardian asks in person at the centre. The front desk confirms who you are, and a coach or admin carries out the request. There is no online form, because the site never holds a parent's email or phone number to check a request against.

You can ask to:

  • See everything stored about your child. Staff read it from the roster and show it to you.
  • Correct a name, username or Roblox username.
  • Delete the account.

What deletion removes​

  • The sign-in account (username and password).
  • First and last name, display name, handle, avatar, Roblox username, coach note and last-active time.
  • All lesson progress, XP, ranks and certificates.
  • Friends, presence and leaderboard entries.
  • The link to any centre-owned tool account the student was using.
  • Any photo avatar, display settings, achievements, reward records and the consent record.

The student's public handle is released; the site may generate the same handle for a new student later, but nothing links the two.

What stays​

  • An anonymised deletion receipt: the date, which systems were cleared, and a hashed username. It contains no name and cannot be turned back into the student.
  • Audit rows about the deletion itself, kept for 2 years, naming the staff member and the handle but not the student's legal name.
  • Audit rows recording each Robux payout, kept for the audit log's period, so the centre's reward accounts still balance. They name the staff member and the handle, not the legal name.
  • Any order record from an online purchase, kept for accounting with the payer's email removed.

Residual copies​

Deleted data drops out of the database's point-in-time recovery window within 7 days and out of server logs within 30 days. Nothing reads from those copies; they exist only to recover from an outage.

Work on other tools​

Deleting a Creator Hub account does not delete a Roblox place, a Scratch project or a Trinket that the student made on those services. If the student used their own account there, that account is theirs to manage; if they used a centre-owned account, the centre resets it.
